Meet Your Trauma Therapist in Kansas City

I’m Katie!

Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Missouri, Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker - Kansas

I specialize in trauma, grief processing, and navigating scary and unwanted thought patterns during times of profound emotional pain. I work with individuals 15 years or older in North Kansas City, Missouri and virtually via telehealth for any resident of Missouri and Kansas.

My passion for this work started with my own journey of growth and healing. I know what it feels like to feel stuck in your own mind, the feeling of walking on egg-shells in certain environments, and wonder if things would feel manageable again. My personal experiences with mental health and loss has shaped not only who I am, but how I show up for my clients.

Maybe you've been considering the decision of starting therapy for a while, telling yourself you'll reach out when things get bad enough, or when you have timing is better. But you don’t have to wait until there is a crisis to deserve the help you want.

I am here to offer a safe space and support you as you reconnect with hope, purpose, and your strengths.
